Vie Wellbeing is a modern wellness platform offering meditation, movement and multi-sensory pop up experiences. We partner with 5-star hotels and beautiful indoor/outdoor spaces to create multi-sensory wellbeing destinations. This season, we present SleepWell by Vie: A Summer Rooftop PopUp – centered around the rituals of sleep. Because when one is well-rested anything is possible.

Come in, relax, release tension in the mind and enjoy the space. Take a moment to breathe and soak in stunning skyline views. Stop in at the adjoining Café Medi or Juice Press for a green juice before or after class.

Welcome to Vie

We take care of our bodies through our diet and exercise, so why not our minds? Vie’s practice of modern meditation can help you set your intentions, calm your mind and feel the immediate benefits.

Through my own well-being journey, I was inspired to become a meditation teacher and share the amazing benefits of meditation while supporting others in their practice. I am Vedic trained, which means all my guided meditations are grounded in ancient wisdom, over 2,500 years old and I’ve adapted them to create a modern practice.

I’ve had the privilege of teaching meditation to hundreds of people in unique settings, such as The Parrish Art Museum in the Hamptons, Central Park, Battery Park and rooftops in Times Square, NYC, as well as other outdoor spaces such as Wölffer Winery, NY. Whether I’m teaching groups or in one-on-one sessions, I find that meditating in beautiful spaces gives the practice an extra positive charge as we take time to breathe, slow our heart rate and release tension in the mind while soaking in the quiet and relaxing surroundings.
