Vie exists to help you create your healthiest and happiest life through a daily practice of modern meditation. Feel the immediate benefits from our 30 or 45 minute meditation classes in our beautiful NYC space launching September 2017 as well as Meditation To Go, our home digital support available through our guided audio meditation. You can meditate anywhere,
anytime with digital access available via your computer, iPad, iPhone or third party app.

We take care of our bodies through our diet and exercise, so why not our minds? Vie’s practice of modern meditation can help you set your intentions, calm your mind and feel the immediate benefits.
Through my own well-being journey, I was inspired to become a meditation teacher and share the amazing benefits of meditation while supporting others in their practice. I am Vedic trained, which means all my guided meditations are grounded in ancient wisdom, over 2,500 years old and I’ve adapted them to create a modern practice.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching meditation to hundreds of people in unique settings, such as The Parrish Art Museum in the Hamptons, Central Park, Battery Park and rooftops in Times Square, NYC, as well as other outdoor spaces such as Wölffer Winery, NY. Whether I’m teaching groups or in one-on-one sessions, I find that meditating in beautiful spaces gives the practice an extra positive charge as we take time to breathe, slow our heart rate and
release tension in the mind while soaking in the quiet and relaxing surroundings.
