What do I wear?
Wear whatever you you feel comfortable in. No special outfits required.
What do I sit on/lie on?
If in a seated meditation it’s best to sit on the floor on a yoga mat or cushion. If sitting on the floor is not comfortable you can sit in a chair, as long as your spine is tall.
How do I know if it’s working?
At the end of the meditation you will feel calm, relaxed and ready to start your day or evening. Your heart rate will be slower, your muscles relaxed and have an overall feeling of well-being.
How do I know if I’m doing it right?
The beauty of guided meditation is you have your own personal guide with you throughout your experience.
