When do classes start?

Which class should I start with?

If you are new to meditation, start with our foundational guided meditations, Breathe, Mantra, Create, Move or Sleep. Pick a class that speaks to you or works with your schedule. Each one offers immediate and long-term benefits.

What do I wear to class?

Wear whatever you feel comfortable in. No special outfits required. Kick off your shoes, turn off your phones, breathe and enjoy our beautiful space.

What do I sit on/lie on?

We have a selection of hand made meditation chairs and two types of cushions (Round Zafu+ Zabutons as well as Halfmoon Zafu’s) and practice mats all designed for your comfort and enjoyment. If in a seated meditation it’s best to sit on the floor on a yoga mat or cushion. If sitting on the floor is not comfortable you can sit in a chair, as long as your spine is tall.

How do I know if it’s working?

At the end of the meditation you will feel calm, relaxed and ready to start your day or evening. Your heart rate will be slower, your muscles relaxed and have an overall feeling of well-being.

How do I know if I’m doing it right?

The beauty of guided meditation is you have your own personal guide with you throughout your experience.
