Building a daily meditation practice at home is easy with Vie's annual membership.

Vie offers the tools and support you need to meditate anywhere, anytime that works for you. Your membership gives you access to 17 guided audio meditations aimed at helping you create your healthiest and happiest life. Our third-party app is available to easily streamline access to your guided meditations on your computer, iPad or phone. Each meditation is 10-30 minutes, plus you’ll also receive a bonus 10-minute on the go “create” meditation when 10 minutes is all you can spare for your practice. Throughout the year, we will explore themes like abundance, balance, self-love and relationships with a new focused and powerful meditation available in your account each month.
